Our new 30,000 square foot molding facility is equipped with 18 computer controlled injection-molding machines that run on the SPC Check System for quality assurance. Our machinery is capable of the smallest sub-miniature ounce sizes up to 300-ton clamp capacity. The Maryland facility also houses our clean room, a mold design and construction shop, and our secondaries department equipped with pad printing, hot stamping, silk screening and ultra-sonic welding machines. We also provide light assemblies and sorting for our customer's convenience. the plant is in operation 24 hours a day, 6 days a week!
